How to become a dealer
Authorized status after 20 cumulative full-roll purchases.
Submit a dealer application using the business email you will use for online orders. Authorized dealer status is earned when cumulative purchases reach 20 full rolls; purchases may be completed over multiple website orders. Once approved, the account receives an additional 10% off current launch pricing on full-roll PPF only. Future full-roll orders may be any quantity. Pre-cut kits, tools, accessories, shipping upgrades, and other non-roll products are excluded. DMV-area shops within 25 miles of ZIP code 21113 may request same-day delivery with a minimum purchase of two full rolls. Orders must be placed by noon, and dealers must call UVRA to confirm availability.

Resale tax exemption
How tax-exempt purchasing works.
Authorized dealer status does not automatically make an account tax exempt. Maryland dealers must provide a valid signed Maryland resale certificate with the purchaser’s legal name, address, and eight-digit Maryland sales-and-use-tax registration number. Out-of-state dealers must provide documentation acceptable for the state where the order is delivered. Maryland pickup or Maryland delivery is reviewed under Maryland requirements. Our team will provide document-submission instructions after reviewing the dealer application. Please consult your tax professional regarding your eligibility.

Submit resale documentation
After application review, provide a signed resale certificate and the sales-tax registration information required for the state where orders are delivered.
UVRA verifies eligibility
Dealer pricing and tax exemption are reviewed separately. Applicable tax remains enabled until the resale documentation is accepted.
Order with your approved account
Sign in with the approved business email. Tax-exempt treatment applies only to eligible purchases intended for resale; purchases for the dealer’s own use may remain taxable.

Request a professional Clear PPF test roll.
Qualified dealer applicants may request a Clear PPF test roll with enough material for an installer to evaluate the film on a front fender. Samples are shipped on a roll tube and are not letter-size or A4 sheets. Matte and Color PPF samples are not currently available.
